Fantasies are required (ie normal, healthy) for any female, whether she is happily in a relationship or single, satisfied or not. And I can sure tell you fantasies of a certain nature do not include absolutely anything to do with big wallets or big boats LOL (just to keep this cruising related ). Chocolate may feature though .

Ok guys, this has been great entertainment but its time to bring you all back to earth. Below is part of my "about me" copied from my profile. I wrote this before I sterted following this thread but it turns out to appropriate.

Not sure what happened, but I decided a few years ago I wanted to sail around the world. Clich'ed I know but at the age I was at, it was either that or buy a Harley or get some rediculous sports car and a 25 yr old blond. Neither of those ideas had sustainable appeal, and now here I am 5-6 years later, single with grown up kids and starting to see that sailing around the world is looking more and more like reality.

Lets face it, if an old bald dude and a 25 yr old blond go past in a sports car (or a Beneteau) does anyone actually think to themselves - "gee, he must be a really nice guy"?

As for the 15 min thing. For me whether its 15mins or half the day, there needs to be something afterwards (and before for that matter). Try having a meaningful conversation with a 25 yr old girl about anything that happened more than 10 years ago, ie can you remember where you were when you heard that Diana had died, or Elvis, John Lennon, or Neil Armstrong walked on the moon?..... Who????

As for holding up your end of the conversation, who knows what a "directioner" is? If you dont know, stay that way, dont Google it - you're better off ignorant.

In summary, great idea, nice to dream but in practice, not sustainable.

I must admit you men do have it tough though. Gorgeous lean young bronzed male bodies may be nice to glance at, but they are not enough for most women. Skill is what women fantasise about. Hence the need for letters, not just pictures .

To tell the truth it has been around 35 years since I read one of the letters so I am out of date on the current state of fantasies.
