Experienced sailor looking for sea time

I am a seasoned sailor looking for some sea time. I have sailed extensively on monohulls and catamarans throughout the Caribbean and a little in the Ionian. I have worked as an engineer on a dive boat in the Bahamas, rebuilt the boat on which I live, sailed single-handed around the Gulf. I need to log some time at sea to complete my captain's license. I am available whenever and wherever you might need someone!

I look forward to hearing from you via PM

Re: Experienced sailor looking for sea time

I want to thank everyone for the responses and opportunities. It looks like I have been fortunate to find a berth through the end of May. I will be in St. Maarten heading back to Houston around the 3rd of June.

Re: Experienced sailor looking for sea time

I am bumping my thread trying to line up the next trip, lol.

I will be making landfall in St. Maarten some time around the 28th of May. I have a flight back to Texas on the 4th of June. However, if anyone is looking for crew from St. Maarten onward or back to the states, please let me know.

Or if anyone is looking for crew after June 4th, please let me know.

Thanks again for the replies! Good sailing to all!

Re: Experienced sailor looking for sea time

Hi Clay - I'm wondering if you would be willing to skipper a 35ft morgan from Fla. to Culebra sometime in June or July. I'll pay fare to Fla and back home from P.R. plus basic expenses annd a bonus tobe negotiated. Thanks for your consideration --- Tarmo
