From NZ to New Caledonia Australia Indonesia South Pacific french male 33yo

I've got little experience years back learning sailing on tiny boats, or going at sea on a modest size sailing boat a few times. Later one, I often used motor boats along the coast.
I'd so like to learn sailing properly and to sail in the blue water.
Being a ship's boy I expect to do my share and can only hope to make myself valuable on the deck, or maybe in the galley. I'm okay to share the costs even though an unpaid position would be welcomed.
I plan to sail the South pacific for the next 6 months or so and don't have any destination in mind safe for New Caledonia, ultimately. I'd be also keen to sail in NZ.

I'm 33 yo, French speaker with a rather good english. I'd be delighted to surfing, diving, fishing, exploring...

If you feel like picking me up...
Thanks for answering...
