Crew Available: Greece & Med Winter Cruising ?

Looking for an opportunity to build up my sea experience. I have a Yacht Coastal Skipper patent by Polish Yachting Association. I am looking for winter sailing opportunity in Greece, Turkey, Mid-East and North Africa - the harder, the better.
I enjoy good sailing, good food and good company. I am not a party animal, but a friendly person. I felt in love with Greek islands - especially Corfu. Winter sailing at the Ionian - this is it! Can sing, cook (fusion, sort of), play chess (very weak). Can bring my own dog.
I started sailing quite late, so I need to gain experience and to learn from more experienced fellow sailors. The ultimate goal is to complete practical training needed to go pro and live aboard.
I am available between November 1st 2010 and May 1st 2011. Long cruises very appreciated. I will cover my travel, and can share running costs to some extent.
Non-smoker, no drinking while navigating. No drugs, no sex, more blues & folk than rock & roll.
