Crew Wanted: Guatemala/Belize/Mexico/Texas Spring 2013

Departing Rio Dulce for Belize, Mexico, and Texas in March or April. Duration one to three months depending on weather and crew schedules/desires. I pay all boat expense and provisioning. You pay for personal items and your beer/liquor/wine.
Boat is a well equipped 44' cutter. I have 25,000+ blue water miles experience.
Offshore experience desired but not mandatory, but must be able to stand watches and exhibit common sense.
