Crew Available: Hitchhike/Work from Costa Rica to Virgin Islands

We are looking for a crew with a boat, going to the Virgin Islands. We are currently in Puerto Viejo Costa Rica. 2 adults and one well behaved child. Both of us are capable to be part of the crew. I grew up on a sailboat, my husband is very athletic and capable. Thanks so much. Any ideas on how to go about sailing this route is appreciated. Jen and family
