Crew Wanted: Netherlands to Venice

This sounds like an amazing time. I wish I lived In the Netherlands. I have SUCH a huge passion for sailing. Have only about 2 weeks experience. over-nighted and whatnot. I am just dying to get back on the water. I love it out there so much. Say I could get to the Netherlands. What expenses are covered or not covered ? Just curious.
