Crew Wanted: New York City to Toronto - May 21 to 30

We are located in Toronto and are heading down to Long Island, New York on May 21 to bring our Jeanneau 49 back home. We expect to be back in Toronto May 30. Route is via Manhatten, Hudson River and Erie/Oswego Canals.

The majority of the trip will be under power and not sail, and travel will be only during daylight hours. The boat is in excellent condition, has three cabins and two heads and is very comfortable and modern. We are a couple 52 & 41 years old.

We seek a single male or female, or a couple, to join us on this exciting maiden voyage and assist during the trip. We would require your assistance primarily as an extra set of hands during passage through the canal lock system, and with other simple tasks during docking and anchoring. Transportation from Toronto to New York is provided by us, but we ask that you share in the cost of food and drink. Some experience in sailing or boating is appreciated but is not a requirement.

This will be a great adventure, and a wonderful opportunity to see some amazing sights. This is not a paid position.
