Crew Available: Phuket to Andaman Islands, India and Beyond (2nd Update)

Hi! I am looking to crew on a boat going from Phuket to India, preferably via the Andaman Islands. Period should be between Dec 7 to Feb 9.
I have crewed before on two sailing boats (yachts) in Australia in 2005, respectively from Cairns to Magnetic Island and Airlie Beach to Sydney, the last leg on a racing yacht (Reference from skipper available). I am an excellent cook and have a knack for solving mechanical problems, so on the two boats these were also my main duties. I have a Padi Advanced Open Water diving certificate. Needless to say, I will be cost-sharing.
I am a 36 year-old Dane, and I work as a tour leader for Danish Adventure Travel Company, currently in Nepal, Tibet, India and Bhutan. I have travelled extensively in India and have visited the Andaman Islands twice before (60 days in total) and can help suggesting an itinerary, if need be, both for the Andaman's and mainland India.
I am currently in Phuket and am looking to leave as soon as possible as I need to be in Delhi on Feb 9th to receive a Danish Tour group. I hold an Indian Business Visa valid for one year, Multiple Entry, hence I am not affected by the current re-entry restrictions applicable to Tourist Visas. In terms of where to disembark, I am very flexible as long as I can be back in Delhi by Feb 9th., i.e. I can disembark either in India, Sri Lanka, the Maldives or whatever suits our schedule.
