Planning to Sail South from Pacific NW?

Planning to sail south from the PNW to California or Mexico in 2013?

We are a mid 50's couple with 10 years of solid coastal cruising experience that can help with that passage. We are fit and flexible, handy, resourceful and able to get along with a variety of people. Neither of us smoke or drink and we are not expecting to be paid - we are simply looking for more offshore experience with a prudent and knowledgeable skipper. We could depart from anywhere in the Pacific NW and are flexible about dates.
