Re: Ponce Inlet to Bahamas

Hi Kingofkyave,

I live in the Daytona area, knew Chris, remember when he had your boat renovated, and even considered buying her, but had my hands full renovating a C&C 31 at the time.

I'm planning to deliver a Tartan 34 from Hampton Roads to Daytona for a friend in late October, and might be free to join you afterwards.

Let me know when you are going out for a daysail, and we can plan the Bahamas trip.

Thx, Lee

Re: Ponce Inlet to Bahamas

Dear Bryan kingofkyave, I would be interested to help you. Is your boat power or sail? I live in Alt Spgs and have a 32' sailboat at Patrick Marina.

Let me know your itinerary, Crew expenses, and any other details.

If we are compatible, let's talk on the phone. JC

Re: Ponce Inlet to Bahamas

I have several people saying they are interested. But it seems most people aren't very serious. My regular sailing crew is having knee surgery the end of this month. So I don't know if he will be ready or not. I plan to go around 2nd week of Nov. I will have space for one maybe two. Until then I will continue to work on boat and prepare. If your interested let me know.

Re: Ponce Inlet to Bahamas

Dear kingofkyave, yes, I am very interested. If you can send me an email to coppens1@juno.com, with your phone no, we can talk. I don't want to leave you my phone no on this public forum.

I am retired so timing is not a problem, as long as I have sufficient notice.

As to an itinerary, I am looking for departure date, destination, length of stay, any planned activities, and return date.

I also would like to know if I would have any expenses relative to the trip, and where could I park my car.

Looking forward to your early reply.
