Crew Wanted: Seeking 2 Female Cruising Companions/Crew for open ended Cruising

I am looking for two adventurous, out going, compassionate, fun loving unattached female sailors to join me on the adventure of a lifetime. You would sign on for 12 months at the time with renewal dependent on circumstances. The plan would be to leave Beaufort, NC to Bermuda in fall of 2014, then head south from there. We will explore the islands and whereever else we decide. I would like to have a crew put together by late spring 2014 cruising eastern NC and surrounding areas while meshing and staying near hurricane protection through the summer. The boat is a very well equipped and safe 45 foot sailboat with many comfortable accomodations. I am a 40 something, very compassionate and empathetic accomplished educated professional who is just tired of the system and looking for a completely different way of life.
