Crew Available: Seeking the Next Adventure

Hi there,

I'm a 24 year old American female currently making the most of a crap economy and working down under where the dollar is strong(er). Getting bored and looking to learn something new. I grew up in South Florida around the water but have no sailing experience. My past occupations have included everything from construction laborer, massage therapist, organic farmer and Appalachian Trail hiker (1,000 miler!).

Anyways, if anyone is looking for someone to train or teach or have an extra body around, I can cook and clean and be useful somehow!

If anyone has any suggestions of other places to check out in AUS sailing or adventure stuff, I'm in Melbourne at the moment.

p.s. I realize this thread is being posted in a similar vein as the "inexperienced 23 year old female" and whilst I appreciate any and all advice, 4 pages of warning someone about meeting scary people off the internet isn't really necessary.
