Hi, Im wondering if there are any charters, or trips going on where anyone would need the services of an excellent cook? Prefer to cook gourmet healthy and organic, but can create anything you would like! I sailed across the Atlantic twice when I was younger, but it has been a while. You sound just right. My daughter just got her degree in Anthro/ environmental studies. Britt is also a great cook. Same kind of foods.
