WANTED OPPORTUNITY TO CREW

I live in Melbourne Victoria Australia. I have my own ketch and have sailed it within the confines of Westernport Bay for the last year or so. Its a 38' Double ender. A classic Wooden Colin ARCHER designed vessel. I work on her to improve all that I can.
I want somebody in Australia to take me on as crew , preferably in a ketch. To sail coastal or offshore passages to gain more experience. i am willing to contribute reasonable weekly money to help out...It would be great as being in my late forties not that many guys sailing want to take on blokes let alone someone older. I am fit healthy and can contribute as well as anyone. I feel no different than when i was 25 but nonetheless i really need this oppportunity to learn and experience before i feel confident to do it myself.. I have done courses etc and qualified with RYA ...but i need more experience.
