Crew Wanted: To BVI with Salty Dawg Rally

We're (wife and I) headed to the BVI with the Salty Dog Rally out of Hampton, VA. We're in need of one more crew member to make a total of 4 on the boat. We have a 1982 Morgan 416 Out Island. We have been preparing her since May at Salt Ponds Marina in Hampton, VA.

I'm a fit 50 yr. old with limited sailing experience that includes: bareboat (50ft Benneteau) in the BVI's, ownership and use of a 22ft drop-keel Santana on New England lake, ASA 104 certification (acquired in BVI's), Coastal Nav training, and finally membership at local New England sailing club.
