I am a fairly fit and healthy 64 year old Englishman looking to sail across the Atlantic, preferably east to west (ARC crew member would be perfect). I have been sailing offshore yachts since I was 17, sometimes as crew, quite a lot as crew-boss (up to 1tonner, 40ft) and occasionally as skipper. racing very little these days but still sail regularly on a Swan 43. Never yet been seasick, can steer competently, trim and splice. Would really appreciate some help with this project whilst I am young enough and fit enough to enjoy it.
