USA to Australia

i am a retired golf professional, fit and healthy, athletic 60 year old. My wife is a past gourmet restauranteur and marvellous galley master..
We require a competent sailor to Captain the boat and a crewperson to assist during our voyage from Rockport Texas to the East Coast of Australlia via the Panama Canal. Departing Jan 2014. sportsbizpro {at} gmail {dot} com

Size/make/age of boat? Equipment? Your Experience? Has your gourmet restaurateur ever cooked at sea (thinking of rough weather and how "gourmet" these provisions might actually be after a month at sea)?
