Hi Mr. Lee, We are a couple of circumnavigators, USCG Licensed Masters, 30+ years experience. We have done many, many deliveries and spend at least 300 days a year on the water. The most important thing to look for is experience, recent past deliveries and references. As far as compensation, you get what you pay for. Some will do it for nothing or cheap. Fortunately, the insurance companies are starting to require a lot more. We delivered a CT 56 from BVI to Connecticut last June and the insurances company made us jump many hoops before approving us.
