450: Cabinet twist locks

Does anyone know who makes, or where I can get, the electrical/service cabinet locks that Lagoon installs? These are the ones that you twist 1/4 turn with screwdriver to lock/unlock.

My locks do not have the black handle on them and I need to get some handles.

I have a picture of the part but I cannot insert pictures...

Those sound like aircraft Dzus fasteners. Used to fasten engine cowlings and other panels that you need to get into for service or inspection. Might try an aircraft supply house

Similar idea but not the same part.

Lagoon is using the lock I am looking for on the 450 and 420 S2 lower helm panel.
