I am pretty new to the world of sailing and Catamaran's in general and just looking to get some general knowledge of what the best and most reliable Catamaran's are and the strengths/weaknesses of a Catamaran vs. Monohull?

That is a topic as wiiide as the ocean, Son.

Why don't you do some sailing first - on both monohulls and multihulls and establish which you prefer, then come back to us and ask about preferred brands...?
