BenQ AUO sun forte 096B00-330, 5 panels with 96 cells each, 330Wp per panel, 1650Wp in total, see link below, controller is a Victron smart solar 150/100.

Quite compact, 1559 x 1046 x 46mm and high voltage, that leverages MPPT usage.
