General Info: Lagoon get together Lake Macquarie NSW Aus

Hello all,
it has been very remiss of me not to post here regarding an upcoming Lagoon get together here on Lake Macquarie in New South Wales Australia this coming February.
TMG (The multihull Group) who are the Australian distributors for Lagoons here in Australia took up the baton last year with the first formal Lagoon Escapade being held in Australia in the beautiful Whitsundays Island. No one really envisaged that 19 Lagoons and over 70 people would attend the event over three days.
After the event it was found that a lot of Lagoon owners from the Southern states could not make the journey or event so an extra Lagoon get together has been scheduled for the 23rd and 24th of February here on Lake Macquarie in New South Wales. The lake is a fabulous sailing area in its own right where safe anchorages abound. Already this event is shaping up very well 12 boats confirmed and several making every effort to attend subject to the weather gods etc.
The first night is being hosted by Marmong Point Marina where all boats will be berthed for a meet and greet that evening. The following day all boats will head to a local anchorage for an onshore BBQ etc. At this time we look like having everything from the Lagoon 38's to a Lagoon 52 in attendance. If previous events are anything to go by it is going to be a lot of talk about Lagoons and Lagoons .
Don't worry if you cant bring your boat as accommodation can be found relatively easy. We did not have our boat at the Whitsunday Rendezvous which was missed sorely but it did not detract from us having a brilliant time with fellow Lagoon owners and the team from TMG.
