outhaul replacing line

Has anyone replaced the outhaul line in boom on a 2003 lagoon s2? Do you need a professional rigger?

Like any line, if you can reach both ends, use the old line to pull the new one through. It works best if you make a reeving splice in both ropes.

If you have waited until it failed, that's more complicated.
