Pressure tank leak

Hi, 2015 Lagoon 400, I noticed a leak at the water pressure tank, when I tried to tighten it up it just made it worse. Do you have to loosen the hose clamps on the output line to be able to tighten it on the tank side? One other thing, some of the hose connections look like they just press into their fitting while others have screw type connections. What's the trick to undue the press in connections

thanks much

Quick connect fittings

Barbed hose fittings.

Two clamps with screws on opposite sides should be used on all barbed plumbing tails. The smooth sided ones, not the perforated ones, are better.
