Replace black water pipe, electric head, owner's version

Has anyone tried replacing the black water pipe from an electric head on an owner's version 380 S2?

What problems did you encounter?
What size pipe was yours?
Which way did you pull the new pipe? from the black water end or the head end?
How did you connect the pipes to ensure a smooth follow through?

Sorry not on 380 but had to on a 400S2.

Not the funnest job.

First make sure you flush it with lots of fresh water. Don’t forget a messenger line so you get the replacement back through the hole. My biggest challenge was getting to the wire ties that were a few inches from my reach.

Job sorted - easier than expected. Managed to clear a lot of calcite in the pipe and check all clear. Fed back into place with assistance - really need someone to pull the messenger line while feeding the pipe.
Pipe is about 4.8m long which just fits. Better to get a bit longer for easy routing.
