Hey thanks for the detailed reply Brett. I think that's pretty much what I tried last time but as you can see in the pic, the cabinet doesn't really allow enough space to remove the door inwards. When the door is fully closed it just clears the front of the cabinet. So it would either have to be removable when in the fully closed position, or the cabinet would need removing first? Seem like another 10 minute job that will take 10 hrs ...Click image for larger version

Thanks Feebs. I couldn't understand Monte's issue, but the gap seems to have been changed on the "new improved" S2 L400.
Must be removable without removing cabinet, however, surely?

Monte check your stays as they can have an impact on your door alignment.

I recently had mine adjusted and it helped the door alignment...
