Telerupteur / remote switch location

Hi guys,

The main LED lights in our salon ceiling are operated by 3 click switches, one in the salon entry, and one in the stairway of each hull. These 3 click switches are connected to a remote switch relay (telerupteur in french)
I can’t find this relay anywhere and I don’t have a decent electrical diagram. Before I start taking down the ceiling panels, does any of you where this switch could be please ?

Thanks in advance !

Don’t want to go into a “you show yours first and then I’ll show mine” discussion, but can you post a photo of your remote switch please so I know what to look for ? i’m sure it won’t be different on your 440 than on my 400 ?

Re: Telerupteur / remote switch location

On the wiring diagram of the 400 there is no relay, only plain switches.

But you can hear the clicking when pushing the buttons, so just follow the sound.

Re: Telerupteur / remote switch location

Thanks CatNewBee, I located that relay finally. It is behind the electronic panel and below the line of fuses. It is a ‘silent’ relay so it does not click like ay other relay would... But haven’t been able to find a replacement yet here in Panama ...
