440: What to look out for when buying a used L440

Hi,

We have been looking to buy a used L450, but a 2010 L440 has come up for sale nearby. She is a little used 2010 model (~700hrs). Current owner sails her once a month.

Would greatly appreciate it if any L440 owners could comment about what to look out for when assessing the boat (common issues etc), and whether retrofitting the AC and watermaker present any challenges.

Even though the boat has been little used, does the fact that it's already 7 years old present any issues in terms of what will require replacement in the near future (as in wear and tear items as a function of time/age as opposed to use)
