110 AC wiring gauge

Hello all. Have learned a great deal on the forum, and this is my first direct question. Bought a 39' european sailboat. Adding 110 AC. Will have boatyard install the shore power connection and circuit panel. I plan to run the wires to outlets in the cabins, and let them connect them up. I know I need stranded tin, but am not sure of the gauge. 3 runs will be 15' or less, and 1 at 20 feet. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
