12 V on night

I connected voltmeter where wires from paralel panels (2x100 W, 18 V) entering charger. During the night it shows 12 V?😳

Correct, on many mppt chargers you will see battery voltage on the input side when no charge source connected. Shorting input wires can blow fuse or damage charger.

Not sure about pwm charger, I have never used one.

Like was mentioned. It's the Battery Voltage.

Put it on a scale to show a couple more decimal places, and it will be very close to the battery voltage. (maybe a tad less due to the distance from)

Mine reads 11.8 volts sometimes in the am just before Sun up after running fans all night.
