If you are looking to permanently convert the electrical system:

The first big question is did the manufacturer really downsize the wiring for EU models. Assuming they provide both markets, there's a good chance, they use the same wires regardless and just connect it up to the appropriate breakers and outlets.

Replacing the outlets and breakers isn't that hard or expensive. The only big cost/complication is if you have a generator and large inverter that would also need to be changed out.

Inverters (Victron, Mastervolt) will typically need to be changed out.

Some gensets (Northern Lights, some Onans) can be easily reconfigured to changed voltage and frequency
