A/C Grounding

I have two shore power inputs to my boat. The one I put Ailey feeds my air conditioning. The power comes into a double breaker. The green ground goes to the isolator. On the separate breaker panel is a ground is this necessary. Click image for larger version

Re: A/C Grounding

the metal panel needs to be grounded. (if it's metal)

also the reverse pol light will not work if it's not connected to ground.
