ACR charging circuit question

I just installed the Blueseas ACR add a battery kit to manage my duel battery system. I connected the solar to the house side my question is the AC charger,do I only need to connect it to one side or should I connect it to both batteries or does it not matter because of the automatic relay.
Thanks

You can connect the charger to the house bank and the ACR will do the rest.

Re: ACR charging circuit question

for redundancy I always connect to both. if the ACR fuse or the charger fuse blows, it'll still be charging one of the batteries instead of none. (because you charger and ACR are both fused at the battery right?...)

Re: ACR charging circuit question

If it's a dual output, some chargers instructions recommend hooking both to the same point.

My Guest 2620A is that way. 10 amps per output.
They are both on the house bank.
