Air-X or Air Breeze

There see I knew you weren't just a grumpy old man. LOL.

I put a set of the larger blades (29") on my AirX Marine and although it starts moving in less wind it still takes a fair amount of breeze to make the lille LED come on. I think the larger blades ARE a bit quieter but as I couldn't hear the old ones much anyway I can't be sure. I do hear a small amount of vibration sound through the hull when I'm below decks but it is minimal.

If I could get the guy in the next slip to repair his companionway slider I would be a happier person. Every time he opens it it screeches like nails on a chalkboard and since he comes in at all hours of the night I have to get up for a look to see what woke me up............m

Sorry to hear you had bad luck with the tech. I had just the opposite experience. They did everything to make me happy short of taking the broke one down off the mast. If ever you need them again ask for Terese. She is helpful and knowledgable.

I did find that they won't try to fix it over the phone for you though.........m
