ANG Converters

We are in the process of purchasing a Lagoon 450F equipped with a 230v 50 Hz electrical system. Since we plan on spending some significant time in the US we've been considering an ANG 12.5 Kw converter. While the system is somewhat expensive it will solve many electrical issues with one system. I'm curious is anyone has experience with this system and could provide some feedback. I've read so many threads on this topic and have become more than overwhelmed with the knowledge and expertise.

While I have no direct knowledge of the ANG Converters, I have installed an ANG 12.5kW IsoBoost Isolation transformer in a client's boat and was impressed by the documentation provided and the quality of the unit.
