Are Breaker Brands Interchangable?

I have Paneltronics panels but am converting the AC main to ELCI. The Blue Sea breaker looks like it would work in the panel but I want to verify the holes all line up.

the normal blue sea breakers will fit the paneltronics fine (A series and c series are different sizes but will fit in the correct panel round hole vrs square hole) but the elci is different. it's wider and has the reset button which takes more panel slots. so you'll have to clear more space for it.
