Northerncat or Jackstee: If either of you get the torqeedo let us know. I am currently running a single 30 hp outboard on my 33' 4000lb cat. It runs great but I would love a dual engine set up and these are very interesting. A pair could be great for our small cats!

Oh yeah, Duh! Oh what a silly boy I am.

NorthernCat, some of the issues with Li-ion that is not told is that Li-ion losses it's ability to store with age. It starts losing right from when it is made in the factory. It continues at a rate thaqt is dependant on it's charge state, but dose lose. It's loss if not dependant on voltage down to 20% (below that can destroy them really quickly) and it is not dependant on No. of cycles. Hence why they Promote them as not losing charge due to those issues. But they do still lose charge and it is with time.
