Battery-to-battery chargers?

Can I charge an AGM house bank from a LiFePO4 battery, using a battery-to-battery (DC-to-DC) charger? I recently acquired a Relion 300Ah lithium battery, and want to integrate it into my electrical system.

I have a house bank of one year old AGM batteries (about 980Ah worth when new), charged by 700 watts of solar, engine alternator, and an inverter/charger when on shore/generator power. My thinking is to connect the solar directly to the lithium battery, then connect a DC-to-DC charger between the lithium my AGM house bank. The solar array charges the lithium, which in turn charges the AGM bank, in effect the lithium battery becomes a "header tank" of sorts for the main bank.

Any thoughts on this arrangement? Any recommendations of battery-to-battery chargers? I've been looking at the Victron Orion-TR and Renogy products, inclined towards Victron since a bunch of my other stuff is made by them. I also need to figure out how much charger capacity I need, probably at least 60 amps, which means two Victron 30amp units, or 1 Renogy 60amp unit.

Regards,
David
