Best 3KW Inverter in 2020? Recommendations?

Looking for advice on which inverters people are getting good results with. Also have some basic questions...

Is there a huge difference in standby (idle) consumption with a 2kw vs 3kw pure sine inverter?

What are some 3kw pure sine inverters people are happy with right now that have lasted years?

Do you recommend oversizing an inverter or right sizing it?

I’m looking at maybe a new battery charger. I have an Iota 75 watt charger that works great still. Should I be looking at combo inverter/chargers, or am I risking too much “single point of failure “ by doing that?

Far as sizing, the best size is to just meet the load you plan on.

I have a Promariner True Power 2000 charger/inverter (70A charger, 2000W pure sine wave inverter). In "standby" I can not really tell if it uses much power during it's cycle "checks", in in "on" it uses 5A DC to just do nothing, which is as much power as the refrigerator. So I only turn it on when I need to power something. I know my old Freedom would also use 60AH/day if I turned and left it on.

Most of the AC power I use is for the TV and I have a little 300W inverter for that which barely uses any power (running the TV with sound bar only uses 5A DC).

I have had a combo charger/inverter for 20 years and it never has "failed" and it takes up less space.

I bought a 3KVA Victron inverter I'm happy with. The KVA thing annoys me, since it's only a 2.4kw inverter. Just advertising hocus pocus crap.

Standby mode on this inverter lowers the AH used by 30%, but if you get the software, you can lower the usage by 70%.

It sends a pulse every two seconds, for about a quarter of a second, to sense for loads. You can tell it how much load it should sense before turning on "for real". I'm happy with it, though I wanted the 5000 "KVA unit, but it wasn't in stock, and I didn't want to wait. The 3000 "KVA" actually does all I need it to do, I just wanted the auto switchover to shore power, and some of the other "Perks" of the 5000 "KVA" Multiplus with batt charger included.
