Bought a Four Year-Old Prosine 1800, but . . .

I well remember 5 days of wasted emails to Xantrex customer service about my 8 month old Prosine 2 but without reply. After 3 days of unanswered phone calls I finally made contact with a human. " My name is Sanjay how may I help you ? " said he in thickly accented tones. Sigh !

He gave me a secret reboot code and after entering it, the charger came good but the inverter remained dead.

I'll never buy Xantrex again.

I talked to Sanjay as well. He is the guy who gave me a name of a guy in Spokane WA who could help. That's where I bought the dead one which I eventually fixed.

I hope Sanjay doesn't get in deep doo doo from Xantrex from these posts.
As far as I'm concerned, he's the only one in the company with any sympathy for customers.
