Has anyone used these on a boat?

There seems to be very large variations (like a factor of 3) in the price asked for solar panels. These ones in this link are a lot cheaper than the more expensive ones. I am not looking for the absolute cheapest but, on the other hand, it is hard to justify paying for the most expensive ones. What are the downsides? Your thoughts?

Cheap ones might be PET covered instead of teflon/ETFE and their lifespan may be shorter. However, I doubt that a price factor of 3 is justified, imagine how much would a today "expensive" panel worth in 5 years...
