How do you verify accuracy in SoC readings?

How often do you reset / recalibrate ?

What is that process like?

Do they take into account or do you need to determine input AH capacity yourself?

I can really see the value of logging / benchmarking Amps in/out, SG doesn't give that.
You need to enter the batteries size on setup.

Both of my meters, an old Link 10 and a Bluesky, reset themselves. The Bluesky is a little smarter on how it resets. Either way the vast majority of the time they tend to track each other closely.

As I mentioned earlier, they give me the info I need to make choices that I need to make. I guess if they were more accurate and I could tell that I am actually only at 98% full in the late afternoon I would then order the Sun to stay up for an additional two hours to complete the charge

Re: Conductance test

So if you knew how quickly their actual capacity was reducing over time, entering that revised level would improve accuracy.

Might be 1% every month, but of course might be more, and it's not linear.

Again, at this point I don't need any increase in accuracy.
The loss is less than 1% a month on batts that are charged properly. If that rate were true my batts would be at minus capacity.
