Cummins ONAN MDKDK: Can I change frequency from 60 to 50Hz???

I have a Cummins ONAN model 13.5MDKDK - 8140A


I would like to change the Frequency setting on this generator from 60Hz to 50Hz.



-Is this even possible??

-If so, is this a simple setting, or is this an in depth technical change??

YES - If it is necessary to reconfigure voltage and (or) frequency for the application, follow the instructions in Section 7 [begins page 79, of the Service Manual*], “Changing Generator Set Frequency”.
