UPDATE!!! I installed the new XANTREX c35 charger and set it to manual equqlize 2 days ago. Checked SG and it has increased from 1.215 to 1.265!!! So I kept it going... By the way -I ordered a Mastervolt 20 amp replacement Charger to replace the faulty Pro Mariner .

UPDATE on desulphation/equalization! After setting the switch on my Xantrex C-35 solar charge controller the results are: of the 24 cells in the bank of 8-125 Trojan Marine 21 cells are 1.30 SG and 3 cells are 1.285. Both readings are in the "good range" the 1.30 in the upper end of "good, the 1.285 in the middle of the "good" range. So it seems its a great improvement over initial readings. Comments ?
