Can any say how I can turn over the starter without the engine starting ,
It as an electronic stop and I can't find any other way to stop the engine from starting . As I need to do a drop test on DC cables .
Thanks

You should be able to turn it on the starter with your finger in the stop button.

The stop button is on the control panel and it's the same button to turn the starter .
The stop it self is electronic but the must be another way to stop it from starting other then shutting off the fuel .
