French wiring for 115V Ac???

My French built 1991 Beneteau 41s5 has a dedicated 115V panel under the chart table. It feeds the HW heater, the battery charger. and the 115V outlets. Can anyone tell me what the french color wiring indicates. They have Black, Blue, and brown. The owners manual doesnt mention the 115volt circuits at all .

Europe 230v is normally brown, blue, green

And North America 120v is black, white, green.

Probably just going to have to figure it out yourself.

Is this the only ac panel in the boat? And only 1 shore plug? Or is there also a 230v panel?
