I guess i should have stated " white wire bonded to green = bad" or something. thanks buddy.

only do that bonding for an onboard generator.White and green joined at the generator.
Generator to have both white and black switched from grid power. Dont want gen;s neutral to float from ground.

No doubt about it there are many opinions here about grounding and bonding. So here are the latest wiring examples from MARINCO - #1 supplier of marine electrical supplies in the USA.

Notice how the AC earth ground (green) is connected to the engine which is connected to the sea.
Notice on the isolation transformer diagram how the Neutral and Green (earth ground) are connected/bonded together.

Go for it guys . . . . .
