Help ID'ing Component

Trying to work out some of the electrical componentry on my Bahia and the current setup has 'evolved' so far from original that the electrical schematics are not much use! This item has me a bit confused, it is in line after the four isolation switches for the 4 12v house batteries that are also wired in parallel. Its currently setup with the 4 battery switches jumpered anyway, and then this device is fed by 2 of the switches. I think it then feeds all of the 12V distribution circuits. It seems the 4 small red & black wires run to either alternator, 1 pair each.

Not sure if its just some form of distribution board or something more exotic!

Hoping someone recognises it!

Those look like shunts to me.

Re: Help ID'ing Component

I wondered, but I thought shunts were usually just wired on the negative circuit?

Shunts even though it is in the +ve side.
The small wires should go to remote mounted amp gauges or some other current monitor(s).

Re: Help ID'ing Component

Ok, will have to get in there and have a closer look, pretty sure the small wires went to the alternators, which seemed odd as well. More investigation needed!

It did have a shunt on the old Linklite Pro, but I removed that when I upgraded to Victron smart shunt.

Thanks for the help anyway!
