If the battery bank is at 12.4v. And the fridge is giving a low voltage warning. There is only 2 answers to that question.

Either there is voltage loss from the battery to fridge itself. And the voltage is much lower at the fridge which it does not like. From bad connections Or small wiring. You need to measure at the fridge when it’s running and compare to battery.

Or the fridge does not like being at 12v. In which case you would need a dc to dc converter to always run it at 13-14v. That would be a crappy fridge if it can’t run at 12v.

The condition of the batteries, solar, charging etc has 0 effect on the question of why the fridge is warning at 12.4v

As for wondering about your battery condition. The only way to know is a c20 test. You can Google it. You’ll want a dock so you can fully charge first.
